Terrie Ventura -Office Manager
Terrie Ventura is a 20 year San Diego resident, having relocated from Chicago in the 1980's. She has a wide range of work experience in the fields of accounting, office administration, and customer service. Terrie brings a varied and well developed depth of knowledge to her position. In her role as Office Manager, Terrie assists our clients in completing the necessary requirements of the escrow process. Whether she is processing disclosures, scheduling termite inspections or negotiating repairs, Terrie provides our clients with welcome relief from the stressful situations which may arise.She works diligently to ensure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed, helping to bring a successful outcome to each sale or purchase. During her time away from the office, Terrie appreciates fine wines and chocolates, growing her rose garden and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Lloyd - Director of Marketing
Jennifer Lloyd was born and raised in San Diego. She relocated to the Bay Area to attend college. After graduating from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley - Jennifer began her real estate career. She was hired by global commercial real estate firm, Colliers International, and worked as a marketing assistant/junior broker first in the Bay Area before returning home to San Diego. As Director of Marketing for Team Chodorow, she enjoys her current role integrating her past sales and marketing experience with the promotion of our properties. She works directly with our clients advising them how to make their homes more appealing to prospective buyers. When not promoting our properties, Jennifer enjoys spending time at the beach, running, and enjoying all that downtown San Diego has to offer.
Jeremy Backlin- Listing Coordinator
Jeremy Backlin joins our team with 4 years experience at a high-end residential real estate brokerage in Del Mar. Originally from Orange County, Jeremy moved to San Diego in 1992 to attend the University of California, San Diego where he studied Psychology and Economics. His responsibilities with Team Chodorow include processing our listings, accompanying showings, and providing feedback to sellers after showings. He works closely with Jennifer Lloyd in the marketing of properties and draws on his experience as a listing agent with Coldwell Banker. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and surfing. |
