Terrie Ventura - Office Manager

Terrie Ventura is a 20 year San Diego resident, having relocated from Chicago in the 1980's. She has a wide range of work experience in the fields of accounting, office administration, and customer service. Terrie brings a varied and well developed depth of knowledge to her position. In her role as Office Manager, Terrie assists our clients in completing the necessary requirements of the escrow process. Whether she is processing disclosures, scheduling termite inspections or negotiating repairs, Terrie provides our clients with welcome relief from the stressful situations which may arise. She works diligently to ensure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed, helping to bring a successful outcome to each sale or purchase. During her time away from the office, Terrie appreciates fine wines and chocolates, growing her rose garden and spending time with her family.

Julia McCann - Marketing Director & Listing Coordinator

As Marketing Director for Team Chodorow, Julia places listings in the multiple listing service, sets appointments to show our properties, and supervises the work of the Team's professional photographer.  She also produces property brochures and places our properties in print media and on various web sites, giving us a dominant presence in the San Diego area.  Julia is a Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of New Hampshire where she received a B.A. in English and Photography.  She also studied graphic design at Rhode Island School of Design.  Prior to relocating to San Diego, Julia was Marketing & Public Relations Specialist for Rhode Island's largest privately-held real estate firm.  She enjoys traveling, reading, mentoring and learning from her own mentors.

Mel Campbell - Marketing Assistant

Mel Campbell is the Team's Marketing Assistant and anchors our office on weekends. His passion for interior design and his expertise in graphic design make him an invaluable member of Team Chodorow - he has an impeccable eye for detail, design and style and brings them to bear in the production of our marketing materials.  Mel also serves as our statistician, giving us a thorough understanding of the market.  In addition, he assists in scheduling property showings and overseeing our open houses.  Mel has lived and worked in San Diego for over ten years, having relocated from Los Altos, California.  In his spare time, Mel loves to create logos for his graphic design business and can be found decorating home interiors for his close friends.
