Stagers LLC offers a full range of Project Management Services from consulting, developing an action plan, to implementing and managing any or all aspects of the project. Stagers offers experience and professionalism to develop a "look" which showcases a home to its full marketing potential. We will prepare and manage all aspects of whatever is necessary to prepare the home for sale.

Once the scope of the project is determined, Stagers LLC will interview and collect quotes from painters, flooring contractors, landscaping contractors, electricians, plumbers, general contractors, house cleaners and any other contractors necessary to complete the requested repair or remodel and ready the home for sale.

Working with Stagers Project Management division gives sellers years of real estate marketing and design expertise in choosing optimal paint colors, flooring options, landscape design, lighting and hardware fixtures resulting in the final product being a home that has the highest possibility of return on investment.
